Members Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age & resident in the UK to register for a members account. Crunchcashback will only allow one account per individual or group. We reserve the right to refuse membership and may terminate a members account at any time and without notice.

Dormant Accounts: We reserve the right to terminate dormant accounts. In order to keep an account active we do not require you to make a transaction, but we do require you to log in to your account at least once every 6 months.

Cashback

As a member of Crunchcashback, you can earn a percentage or a fixed reward from the retailers listed on our site. The transactions you make are with the retailer, and not with us. Your transactions can only be tracked by us if you are logged into your account and follow a merchant’s link directly from our site. The commission, which may be a percentage or a fixed amount depending on the retailer, will be credited to your account. These amounts will be marked as pending until we have received the actual payment from the retailer. At that stage, any commission earned by you will be marked as confirmed and you can request payment.  If you are going to make excessive purchases on behalf of other people or third parties, you must seek prior approval from us. From time to time retailers may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our site may be incorrect. We will always credit your account in line with whatever credit we receive from the retailer

Payments & Queries

Any transactions you make are electronically tracked by a third-party network and is reported back to us and the merchant. We will endeavour to ensure that the retailer reports all transactions accurately to us, but cannot be held responsible for their failure to do so. The retailers decision on awarding commission is final. Please refer to our FAQ pages on information on how to report missing transactions. Cashback payments are usually made monthly . We make payment via either BACS or Paypal. Any Insurance purchases or Energy switches are paid via BACS only and proof of identification may be requested before payment is processed.
